Shipping

We ship orders as quickly as we can, but we don’t ship on weekends. Most orders ship within 3 days of purchase unless it’s a holiday or we otherwise state on our social media.

We package items carefully so they will arrive to you safe and sound. However, if your items are damaged due to poor packaging we will replace them for you if you email us with your order number and a photo of the damage. On occasion, despite packaging, shipping services can really mangle items in transit. If damage is due to the postal service you can file a claim with the postal service.

If you provide a wrong shipping address and items are returned, you will have to re-pay shipping costs to re-ship your order. If items are not returned, Nowhere Land is not responsible to replace your items.

Returns

You can return your unused/unworn Nowhere Land items with tags still attached within 30 days for a full refund or for an exchange for anything of equal value.  To receive your refund or exchange, please contact Nowhere Land at brooks@nowherelandsupply.com with the following:

  1. Your Order ID Number
  2. A list of the items you want to return
  3. An indication of whether or not you want a refund or an exchange

Nowhere Land does not provide freight for return items, but freight will be provided for all exchange items shipped back to the customer at no additional cost.

Once your return items are received by Nowhere Land and checked you will get an email verification that we have received your items and will issue your refund/exchange.  Depending on your method of payment, you will receive your refund in 5-7 business days (exchanges may take longer based on product availability).

Please note Nowhere Land can only offer exchanges for items of equal value or a combination of lesser value product and a partial refund.  We do not store payment information and cannot charge your original payment method for a more expensive item.  Returned items can only be returned for a refund to the original purchaser.  Nowhere Land can only accept returns for items purchased through our website, anything purchased at a 3rd party store must be returned to the store the product was purchased at. Nowhere Land can’t refund any items that were purchased with expedited shipping charges. Exchanges can only be fulfilled once the original purchase has been returned to our warehouse. Nowhere Land can’t process returns for customers residing outside of the U.S., and all international sales are final.

Our products are fully warrantied with proof of purchase to the original owner against defects in material and workmanship for one year from date of purchase. This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, improper care, negligence, normal wear and tear, or the natural breakdown of materials over extended time and use. 

If you purchased your product from Nowhere Land directly, please contact us at brooks@nowherelandsupply.com and reference your Nowhere Land order ID number.  We may require the defective merchandise to be returned for a warranty evaluation.

Sizing & Care

The best way to care for your garment: Always wash in cool water with like colors. Use mild detergent (not bleach) and tumble dry in low heat.  For no shrinkage, air dry your tee by laying it flat. 

Be advised that our garments have a slightly slimmer cut and softer feel than standard tees. Most people find that their normal tee shirt size works fine for our apparel. Of course, if you have any questions about fit, please contact us.
